Jean Carrol (Black) Wright

Jean Wright, 88, Kansas City, MO died July 11, 2011 at her home, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. She was preceded in death by her husband Harlin Wright.  Jean was born in Kansas City, MO in 1923, she spent her early life in Collins, MO, where she met and married Harlin.  She was a member of Holmeswood Baptist Church.  Jean is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Jo Christine and Michael Jinks; a son and daughter-in-law Thomas M and Stacy Wright; along with seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank Crossroads Hospice and Tripple TLC for the care Jean received. She was loved by friends and family and was a blessing to those who knew her.  She will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jean’s memory to Crossroads Hospice, 9237 Ward Parkway, Ste 300, Kansas City, MO 64114.
