Reginald Mark Hay, 58, of Portland, MO passed away March 16, 2014 at his home.  Reginald was born on October 2, 1955 in Atlanta, GA to James and Dorothy (Pittman) Hay.  He is survived by his loving wife as well as his children and many loving friends and family members.

    I wish that I would have know the man , the husband the father and friend you were. I never got to meet you. However I do know the memory of you,because you live on in those you loved, and those that loved you.
