Thomas M. Baker, O.D.

Thomas Martin Baker, O.D., 69, passed away July 31, 2007 in Columbia, MO. Dr. Baker was born on August 19, 1937 in Cleveland, OH to the late Thomas A. and Delia B. (Costello) Baker. He moved his family and relocated his Optometry practice to Holliston, MA in 1964. After a successful career he retired to Putney, VT during the summer of 2001. His family is planning a memorial service to be held in Holliston later in the fall. Tom is survived by two sons Thomas Baker, M.D. of Columbia, MO, and Christopher Baker of Boulder, CO; one daughter, Virginia Kelliher of Holly Springs, NC; a sister, Ellenora Ryan of Marietta, GA; his former wife, Carol Baker, of Cary, NC; as well as three grandchildren; Erin Baker of Columbia, MO, Jessica and Gillian Kelliher of Holly Springs, NC.
